Featured Properties - The Bridges Resort / Sugarbush Village / Sugarbush Inn / Garrison
All of our Sugarbush condominium properties are located at or near the Lincoln Peak Base Area and are serviced by complimentary shuttle service to and from the lifts. All complexes are also on the evening shuttle route which operates Saturdays and Holidays. All units feature fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and color cable tv. Full unit occupancy provides for sleeping (2) people in each bedroom and loft and (2) people on a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
Bedding indicated is the norm, however, bedding can vary.
The Bridges Resort – is located approx. ½ mile from the lifts at Sugarbush Lincoln Peak on the Sugarbush Access Road. There are mostly 2 bedroom condos, with some 1 bedroom, 2 plus loft, and 3 bedroom units. All units have microwaves and DVD’s. Most 2 bdrm, 2+loft and 3 bdrm units have in-unit washer/dryers. The Paradise Grocery and Deli is located within walking distance. In addition there is a Main Reception/Sports Center for all guests use. The Sports Center includes: indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor hot tub, indoor tennis (court fees apply), lounge. Please note that not all Bridges units have sofa beds in the living room and bedding varies considerably in 2+loft and 3 bedroom units.

In Sugarbush Village we offer condominium accommodations at several complexes.
Mountainside....1 bedroom units in the heart of the village and situated next to the "Out to Lunch" trail, fine restaurants, daycare center and nightclub. All units have DVD and microwave.

Snow Creek….2 bedroom units located next to the Valley House Base Lodge. All units have DVD, microwave and in-unit washer/dryer.

Sugarbush Inn.... Located approx. 1 ½ miles from Lincoln Peak Base area at the intersection of the Sugarbush Access Road and German Flats Road this is a classic New England Country Inn. (42) double rooms with private bath, the Terrace Dining room and The Grill / Pub. Full or continental breakfast depending on season included for all stays. Inn guests have use of the Sugarbush Sports Center.

Garrison ….. The Garrison is a moderate property located on Rt 17 in Waitsfield, Vermont,
1.5 miles from Sugarbush/Mt Ellen and 4.5 miles from Sugarbush/Lincoln Peak. It offers motel rooms and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condo style units. Motel units feature private bath, cable TV, minifridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Condo units include full kitchen, living room area and cable TV. Condo units are located right off the indoor heated pool and common area with ping-pong table. Bedding varies from unit to unit including queen, double and bunk beds.
